Marty is a father, a proud Papa, and the man the whole family turns to for everything. He can fix any problem — and any boo-boo — without hesitation!
He is strong, hardworking, and one of the most understanding men you’ll ever meet. No matter the challenge, he never stops. When things get tough, he leans in. When others feel overwhelmed, he steps up. And when someone needs guidance, he’s the steady voice they can count on.
With over 40 years of experience as a student, instructor, and business owner, he leads with discipline, integrity, and a strong faith in God. To him, success isn’t just about achievement it’s about serving others and stewarding every opportunity with purpose.
He didn’t just build a company — he built a foundation rooted in faith, resilience, and doing things the right way. And that foundation is what continues to guide everything we do today.
Distressed Property Solutions Specialist

A proud father of two, a dedicated member of the Army National Guard, and co-owner of Lock Stock & Barrel, Rich leads his life with strength, loyalty, and purpose.
He has completed two combat deployments to Afghanistan as a CH-47 Chinook crew member and has supported disaster relief efforts during multiple hurricanes, wildfires, and floods — including Hurricane Helene in western North Carolina, the Table Rock Fire in Upstate South Carolina, and the historic 1,000-year flood in South Carolina.
When he’s not serving his country or building the family business, you’ll likely find him out fishing or working with his hands. Mechanically inclined and incredibly focused, Rich brings patience and determination into everything he does.
Kind and understanding, yet headstrong when it counts — he stands firm in his beliefs and always shows up for the people he loves. A true family man, a steady presence, and someone you can always count on.

Digital Marketing And Marketing Analyst
A mom of two, a full-time working mom, a reader, a creative thinker, and usually the person with about ten different ideas going through my head at once. I love finding ways to turn those ideas into something real, whether that’s a new design, a website idea, a social media post, or something completely unexpected.
My journey with Lock Stock & Barrel Ventures has also pushed me to step outside of my comfort zone and learn things I never imagined myself doing. I’ve taken on everything from marketing, branding, and website content to data analytics and documenting the projects happening behind the scenes. A lot of it has been learning as I go—and discovering along the way just how much I enjoy the creative side of business.
Outside of work, you can usually find me reading, working on one of my many creative projects, spending time with my family, or coming up with another idea to add to my ever-growing project list.
I’m definitely someone who believes you don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. Sometimes you just have to try something new, learn along the way, and see where it takes you.
