We’re Almost ThereWhat started as a house needing a fresh start is finally beginning to feel like a home again.

This renovation has been a journey from the very beginning. We’ve watched this property go through the messy stages—demo, repairs, dust, decisions, changes, and plenty of hard work. Little by little, each room has started coming back to life.

Now, we’re getting close to the finish line. The floors are in, the paint is going up, and those final details are starting to bring everything together.

At LSB Ventures, this is the part we love: taking a property with potential and giving it a new chapter.
